Frais de port non compris sauf si mention contraire.

Les frais de port sont calculés automatiquement, ils s'ajouteront au montant de votre commande après validation de l'adresse de livraison.

Vous recevrez un email de confirmation de commande dans les 24h, puis un email de confirmation d'envoi une fois votre paquet expédié.

Envoi selon les cas par courrier, courrier suivi, colissimo suivi ou transporteur express. Délai de livraison indicatif (hors pandémie) : de 2 à 7 jours après réception de la confirmation d'envoi.

Les informations concernant le suivi des colis ne sont consultables que pendant 30 jours, merci donc de nous contacter dans ces délais si vous n'avez pas reçu votre commande.

Shipping cost will be calculated during your payment process according to your order and the delivery address.

You should receive a confirmation email within 24 hrs and a shipping confirmation when the goods are shipped.

Shipping by priority airmail with tracking number when available or by express fret.

Estimated delivery time (except in case of pandemic...) :
Europe : 3 > 10 days after shipping.
Rest of the world : 5 > 15 days after shipping.

Most of the parcels have tracking numbers, nevertheless we can only track them within 30 days after the dispatch so if you don't receive your order don't wait more than 3 weeks after the shipping confirmation email to let us know so that we will still be able to check the tracking number.
